Want to volunteer?

We rely on volunteers to open the doors, greet visitors and answer their questions, do collections’ data entry, clean the washrooms, and so much more!

Many of our volunteers are retired firefighters or are young people seeking experience before they enter the fire service, but experience fighting fires is not a pre-requisite.

Most volunteers support the Museum on Saturday mornings when the museum is open to the public.

Send us an email at
info@firehallmuseum.ca and tell us about your interests and experience.
